God has provided Christians with the armor needed to resist Satan’s attacks. (Read the post “Know Your Enemy”) We just need to put this armor on and stand our ground.
Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:13-17 NLT)
The armor needed by Christians to resist Satan’s attacks:
Belt of truth
Know God’s truth (scripture) and act with integrity and truthfulness in all you do.
Breastplate of righteousness
Maintain a right relationship with God (through Jesus).
Sandals of peace
Stand firm and confident knowing that your relationship with Jesus Christ will give you peace in any conflict.
Shield of faith
Believe and trust in God’s Word and in His promises.
Helmet of salvation
Know that in Christ you are a part of God’s family and Jesus is your hope and strength.
Sword of the Spirit
Know and use God’s word (your most powerful weapon) to fight Satan and his demons. 
Remember
Never stop praying.
